When can I expect my order to be shipped? [TOP]
Most orders are shipped the same or the next business day or at the latest the day after*. Backordered items are usually shipped within a week. *Please allow another day during the Holiday Seasons (Christmas, New Years, Bowl Game).
Is the ordering secure? [TOP]
Yes. Our server encrypts data using a Thawte encryption certificate. Your credit card information is secure and only seen by our catalog department when your order is pulled and processed.
What are the shipping methods available? [TOP]
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground for a charge of $8.00 to the Continental US only. We also offer UPS Blue (2nd Day Air) and UPS Red (Next Day Air). You will be charged the actual shipping price from UPS. *If you want your order shipped faster, use UPS Blue or Red. We try to ship those out same day. If you only order a decal or two or a very small, inexpensive item, we usually ship those out through USPS to help save you money. No sense in paying $8.00 for a $3.95 decal.
What does Trunk mean? [TOP] Trunk is the same as a shopping cart. We call it 'Trunk' since Elephants have trunks, not shopping carts. :)
What is your return policy? [TOP]
We want you to be completely satsified with your purchase from us. We will refund or exchange any item within thirty days of purchase. If you need to return an item send it to:

No refunds on clearance and sale items. Please return the packages using a trackable carrier such as UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. We cannot track packages and are not responsible for lost packages that are not sent this way. A tracking number is a must.
If you need to exchange an item, send it to the same address with a note letting us know what you need and we will get one out to you! Shipping charge of $5.50 will be applied to the exchange.
If we sent you the wrong item, we will pay all shipping costs associated with getting you the correct item.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on speciality items such as Iím A Star CDs or Sale and Clearance Items. Thank you for understanding.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us first before returning it. We will contact UPS and once they have agreed, we will re-ship the item (if available) at no charge. There is usually no reason to return the damaged merchandise unless we request it.
We cannot refund shipping charges.
How often do you ship? [TOP]
We ship everyday. However, UPS only picks up Monday - Friday (excluding national holidays (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, etc)).
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes? [TOP]
In most cases, no. Most of our orders are shipped via UPS and which does not ship to P.O. Boxes. The only exception to this is shipments containing only stickers and/or emblems which can be shipped via US Postal Service to P.O. Boxes. We will take a look at the order and determine the best shipment method for those items on an order by order basis. However, if USPS is used, we cannot guarentee delivery (nor does the USPS without insurance).
Why do I need an account to buy stuff? [TOP]
Your Bamastuff account will provide you with additional features and conveniences, versus not having an account. The account will allow you to store multiple Billing and Shipping addresses (coming soon), and you'll only need to enter this information once. The account will also store order history, showing previous orders you have placed using your Bamastuff account, as well as order status, so you can check to see if your order has been shipped. You'll easily be able to access tracking numbers for your packages. Also, trunks that you have started but not completed are stored with your account, so you can retrieve them later.

Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
You currently can not track packages sent to military addresses or insure packages sent this way. Therefore we can offer no guarentee that the package will arrive. Shipping to a loved ones address stateside might be a better option and then having them ship the package. Thanks for understanding.
Can I call my order in? [TOP]
Sure, call 1-800-755-BAMA, but PLEASE note that it takes us longer to get these orders out as we have to enter the order into the system, the exact same way you do. So if you are concerned about ordering over the internet, calling the order in doesn't change the fact that you are ordering over the internet. We enter every order into the system via the website. Its safe and secure. Plus when we have to enter the order it takes time from us to ship other orders and add items to the site.
Why does the item say Available but when I order that item, its now Backordered? [TOP]
We don't have a Point-of-Sale system at our store so usually when we run out of an item, its not until someone has ordered it that we notice. We try to keep the site updated with the correct statuses on a daily basis. If we know an item is coming in, we usually leave it set as Available unless it becomes apparent that its going to take longer to come in than we expected. We get Nike on the 1st or 2nd of every month, so if you are looking for a certain item, right at the end of the month or right at the beginning is your best bet to get the size you want.
How do backorders work? [TOP]
If an item on your order is backordered and we know its going to be sometime before we are going to get it, we will ship the rest of the order. We do not charge shipping on the backordered items.
Whats the deal with the $11.00 UPS Address Correction Surcharge? [TOP]
UPS charges us $11.00 to change any address either directly or indirectly. If we send a package and UPS contacts you and you have it shipped somewhere else, that is an indirect address change and we get charged for it. If you enter the incorrect street number, name or postal code or leave off the apartment number, UPS will contact you or attempt to correct it and charge us $11.00. We have been eating this in the past but its gotten way too expensive and we feel that it is unfair to pay for mistakes that are not ours. Before you complete your order, you are notified of this charge. Thank you for understanding.
